Founded in 2024 and incorporated in the United Kingdom, Magik Records is an independent record label and performing arts organisation working across music, live performance, artistic direction, music direction and creative collaboration.

Mabel Ogufure, professionally known as Bigmay, is an artistically driven executive with expertise in operations, management, and culture. As CEO of Magik Records, she brings together strategic leadership and creative vision, building systems and opportunities that empower artists, strengthen the label, and connect music with audiences.

International award-winning Artistic Director, songwriter and Music Director. Drtonez has collaborated with Magik Records artist Francis Bondd and the Magik Records Band. Drtonez brings 2 decades of artistic experience and 1 decade of artistic leadership experience through collaboration to Magik Records.

Chibuike Emmanuel “Marajah”

VOLUNTEER ROAD MANAGER | FRANCIS BONDD

Chibuike Emmanuel, professionally known as Marajah, brings four years of road management experience and volunteers as Road Manager for Magik Records artist Francis Bondd. He supports the artist with road coordination, movement, logistics, and general on-ground assistance during rehearsals, performances, and other music-related activities.

ARTIST LIAISON OFFICER | VOLUNTEER

Sax Royal supports communication and coordination between Magik Records and its artists, drawing on her experience as a musician to understand artists’ creative needs, working practices and perspectives. She contributes to building effective communication, strengthening artist relationships and supporting a positive musical culture within the label.
